Produced by Westwell wines in Kent, on the north downs way, these guys are one of the more forward-thinking on the english wine scene and produce a superb range of classic and experimental wines.

The Pelegrim Brut NV is firmly rooted in the classic style of traditional method sparkling wines, and shows just why English sparkling wine is an excellent alternative to Champagne.

The Pelegrim NV is a bottle-fermented sparkling and made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay with reserve wines from previous vintages to give further complexity and a consistent extra dry non-vintage style. The wine is lees-aged in bottle for 36 months to give depth and biscuity aromas which only bottle-fermentation can deliver.
