A natural take on NZ Pinot Noir made using whole bunch fermentation.

There's lovely juicy fruit on the nose, with a good deal of depth and complexity on the palate. Serious stuff from Theo Coles, who is making extremely exciting, individual, wines in a region that generally cares more about a hogenous product, than thoughtful and expressive winemaking. Chapeau!
