Think blackcurrant and spice but with a lovely juicy texture. This one treads a lovely line between full-enough to enjoy with a roast dinner, and juicy enough to glug in front of your next box-set.
The grapes here are a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Les Vieux Moulins is run by Damien Lorteau who took over this small estate from his parents in 2010 and converted fully to organic farming in 2013.
