From a sheltered, south-facing slope of pink sandstone - Heissenberg always delivers one of Ostertag's most powerful wines. Ripe, lush and exotic fruits with textural dry-extract. Piercing acidity balancing everything on the palate. Sensational now, but with the stuffing to last a decade or more. Dry.

Part of our 'Cellar Raid' collection,  we are able to sell this perfectly matured 2019 at less than the current release - as we bought a few cases way back in a pre-inflation world. Priced like the old-days - you are welcome!
