Extremely classy Riesling from one of Alsace's legendary producers. This is grown on Granite which gives this one a very sculpted and chiselled quality. Citrus and mineral notes prevail, with layers of texture and complexity. This would be a perfect partner to sushi, oysters or simply grilled fish. Dry.

Part of our 'Cellar Raid' collection,  we are able to sell this perfectly matured 2019 at less than the current release - as we bought a few cases way back in a pre-inflation world. Priced like the old-days - you are welcome!
