Extremely classy Riesling from one of Alsaces legendary producers. This is grown on Granite which gives this one a very sculpted and chiselled quality. Citrus and mineral notes prevail, with layers of texture and complexity. This would be a perfect partner to sushi, oysters or simply grilled fish.
