Daojar - meaning old school, this is Andreas Benders interpretation of the old-school classic Mosel Rieslings, and without question is one of the very finest wines on our list. If this was getting peddled by JJ Prum youd be paying double. Blossom, white nectarines and flint. Its off-dry, but theres plenty of freshness and minerality to balance that out. Exquisite!
