A beautiful wine from Domaine Ostertag who is fast becoming one of our favourite winemakers as we get to know these wines over many bottles and dinners. This Riesling is made from the vineyards surrounding the winery, hence 'Les Jardins', and is incredible pure, with zesty citrus fruit, a touch of apricot, waxy texture, and lovely minerality. Wonderful stuff.
