 Casa Marin is based in San Antonio valley, right next to the Pacific, providing a cool climate to slowly ripen grapes. This Riesling is sourced from a vineyard on limestone and granite soils the limestone giving elegance and the granite giving structure

 For me this is perfect Riesling, super fresh all about citrussy zestiness on the nose with notes of lime and lemon zest. On the palate theres mouth-watering acidity, with lots of elegance and a hint of ripe stone fruit just balancing out that freshness.

 This would be great with smoked salmon, fresh salads or soft cheeses.
