A Rose, made from Syrah, grown in Beaujolais!
These are not three things that are usually associated with each other, but in the hands of Smith-Chapel, the result is sublime. Fresh cherry juice, white pepper, and mineral. This is bone dry and operates somewhere between a serious rose, and classic provencal style. Delicious on its own but with enough stuffing to go with roast chicken or spicy pork noddles.
