From the exceptionally pretty village of Saint Chinian comes this lovely wine. Full of dark fruit, but also with a light, supple touch and lovely herbal character – think rosemary, thyme and lavender intertwined with black cherry and spice. The grapes here are Carignan, Grenache and Syrah.
