Alexis is an exciting young winemaker, this being just his fourth vintage, but he is making waves already in the hyper-traditional Burgundy scene as an innovator and rising star. He works with extremely small parcels and incredible attention to detail producing wines of exceptional finesse and character. This is perfect white Burgundy with a touch of stone fruit, a light creamy texture and long mineral finish. 

Perfect with roast Chicken.
