Sensational, utterly unique and completely delicious - that's the best way to sum up this one. It's skin fermented Sauvignon, Riesling and Pinot Blanc aged in a mix amphora and tank. Some of the tanks are left to develop a layer of Flor - which gives the salty, umami edge that balances the tropical fruit perfectly.
