This is a remarkable wine - extremely complex and full of rich, ripe fruits. Theres a real earthy , mineral note that evolves with time in the glass.

The wine is raised in Quevri (large clay pots) which help soften the tannins and give the wine a beautiful texture.

Georgia is the home of winemaking and the Dakishvilis are without doubt one of the best producers of fine wine in the country.
