Schioppettino is a grape found in North East Italy. It's vibrant in that classic Italian way, and has very distinctive herb and pepper notes - think oregano and pink peppercorns. Ronchi de Cialla have crafted a relatively light take on the variety with soft strawberry notes, plums, a hint of spice and the classic touches of oregano and peppercorns.
