Pure, lithe, and ultra-precise—cult winemaker Mac Forbes' Riesling is a picture-perfect postcard of cool-climate Riesling. Elegant and refined, yet dense at its core with fleshy fruit and tangy acidity.

The "RS" on the label refers to the residual sugar in the bottle, so this is dry to off-dry - but any sweetness is almost completely balanced by the ripping acids.
