If you've spent time on our website you may have seen the name Ostertag about the place, because we're absolutely obsessed with the wines. Depending on availability we normally have 3 or 4 of his wines available.

Before turning his hand to the vines, Ostertag was a painter and artist by trade, and you might say he brings a certain artfulness to the sometimes technical challenge of winemaking.

The Sylvaner is perhaps the most expressive of the wines, with an aromatic profile, and a palate of peach, ginger and thyme.
