This is a lighter-style of skin-contact wine with great vibrancy and just a little hint of that savoury structure that the skin-contact gives. It tastes like freshly juiced apricots, with a light touch of herbs and spice. Bright and full of energy, this is a lovely style of skin-contact wine.

Salvatore Marino was born into winemaking - five generations of his family have been connected with winemaking, so its little wonder he's grown to be one of the best natural winemakers in Sicily. Everything is done by hand with an all-natural approach in the winery - no additions, fining or filtering here.
