This is (we think), a first for English wine, being aged in clay Amphora. Ageing in amphora really helps to soften wines, and here the skin-contact Ortega has really wonderful soft tannins and a soft creamy texture. Then there’s flavours of honeysuckle, mango and apricot balanced by lovely freshness and clean mineral vibes on the finish.

Esotico, Vini Sassara, Veneto

The wine is super refreshing with notes of clementine, grapefruit and blood orange. A beautiful and unique expression of the Veneto hills. A bonkers blend of all the following grapes, bonus points if you've heard of any of them....! Corvina, Rossanella, Rondinella, Molinara, Fernanda, Moscato, Trebbianello, Trebbiano, Garganega, Tocai. 

Aligoté Skin, Le Grappin

Superb, and extremely elegant skin contact wine from Andrew and Emma of Le Grappin. They source grapes from the best vineyards in under-rated appellations and craft them into beautiful wines. This light skin contact wine has a lovely creamy palette, with a bit of grip, and elegant floral and saline notes. Chapeau!
