Wendy Wilson makes this wine in the stunning vineyards of La Soula, situated between the Languedoc and Catalonia. It's a blend of Syrah and Carignan, and interestingly, is also a blend of three vintages - 2017, 2018 & 2019. What we love about this wine is the balance. There's ripe fruit and good weight that places it firmly in the Languedoc, but that's balanced perfectly with supple tannin, a silky texture and delicate freshness.

Certified organic and biodynamic wine.
