This is a lovely and fresh take on Georgian orange wine.

A light, slow pressing with the skins gives a hint of colour and texture, then the wine is aged in quevri (big giant clay pots)  for 6 months without skins.

Think pineapples, melons and a hint of spice - very fresh and vibrant for orange wine - a great intro to the world of delicious Georgian nectar.
