Made by a husband and wife team and limited to just 8 barrels each year, this comes from some of the very best vineyards in Ribera del Duero. The wine is crafted from Tempranillo vines with over 100 years of age, giving incredible concentration to the fruit. The majority of the wine is aged in new oak, which gives supple, soft tannin, notes of coffee, cedar, spice amongst a core of black fruit. Valdaya is a rising star and one to watch for the future - exceptional.
