Vibrant, aromatic and textured, this blend of Muscat, Sylvaner, Pinot Gris, Auxerrois, and Riesling is half skin-contact and half direct-press, offering a beautiful balance of aromatic complexity and freshness. Expect notes of stone fruit, citrus, and subtle floral undertones.

Lot 21 is part of the Pepin project, a collaboration between trusted organic growers in Alsace, led by Pierre Dietrich of Domaine de L’Achillée. Crafted with minimal intervention, the wine is aged in stainless steel and old barrels, with no filtration, fining, or sulphites added, staying true to its natural roots.

Pair with aromatic dishes like thai curry, spainish rice dishes, salads and on its own.
