Super peachy and fresh, this is a beautiful rosé from the offbeat project. It's made from Pinot Meunier and aged in a single 800 litre amphora.
Offbeat is an exciting project headed by Daniel Ham. They source fruit from different parts of the UK and are making some of the most exciting wines we've tried from these shores. Based just outside Salisbury, the winemaking equipment includes amphora and a rare vintage press. The fruit is (as often as possible) organic, and the winemaking natural with no additions used in the winery.
