Westwell have long been one of our favourite UK winemakers, and they've just released this wonderful new Sparkling wine.

Made in the same was as Champagne, and with the traditional Champagne varieties (40% Pinot Noir 35% Pinot Meunier and 25% Chardonnay), this is fruity and bright with lots of minerality coming from the chalky Kent soils.

A perfect aperitif with canapés, or great with grilled fish and zesty salad.
