The Grape varieties here are Caiño Longo and Brancellao where they create a lovely floral nose and a red that's fresh, pure and very pretty indeed. Another stunner from Galicia. This is a new project from (legendary) winemaker Raul Perez's assistant - so whilst the project is technically new, Pepe has been crafting some of Galicia's finest wines for many years.
