A natural expression of Xinomavro, made fully old-school without the addition of suplhites or even the use of electricity in the winery.

Xinomavro is an all time favourite grape here at Cellars. We think this is reminiscent of the great wines of Barolo, at a snip of the price.

This wine is rich, complex and a little wild - full of aromas of fresh cherry, leather, smoke, tobacco and spice. This is incredibly complex and a must try wine.

    Excellent service and excellent wines.
